Production Worker
Job description:
- Works on production jobs and serves machines on the pastry production line (main and auxiliary)
- Preparation of semi-finished products on production lines - separately and as part of the formation of the finished product
- Automatically and manually divides dough into rolls and processes them, presses margarine and performs machine lamination and finishing
- Monitors the operation of the automatic line for the production of pastries, arranges the pastries on trays and carts, takes them to the shock chamber (freezing)
- Follows the automatic line for spiral freezing of the finished product
- Works on frozen finished product packaging
- Packs pastries on an automatic packaging machine and takes care of scrap foil
- He is responsible for the quantity and quality of packaged goods
- Maintains documentation in accordance with implemented standards, respecting rules and procedures
- Performs other tasks established by law, in accordance with professional qualifications and physical capabilities, at the request of the employer
