The company MOKA was founded in 1994, with the main activity of production and coffee distribution. During its three decades of existence, MOKA has grown into a leader in production frozen dough and bakery products. In 2005, an industrial one was launched production of bakery products, including all types of frozen dough, breads and pastries.

At the end of 2019, MOKA launched two new product lines - frozen dumplings with plums and frozen dumplings with cream filling. At the same time, a line was set for the production of the cocoa cream brand, thus completing the quality control process for all our products. Production takes place on the most modern equipment of renowned companies European manufacturers of high capacity, which enables us to have production capacity of 1500 tons per month, with a constant effort to improve capacity and quality. In 2024, we celebrated a significant anniversary - 30 years of tradition. On that occasion, we moved to a new, modern factory. With the most modern systems for production and packaging, we have significantly increased our production capacity, which enables us to effectively respond to the growing needs of the market and continue to innovations.

Cooperation has been achieved with almost all large distribution chains in the country, including ours products are represented in almost every place and every market, and a significant part our production is also exported to foreign markets. MOKA has established an integrated management system, certified according to requirements international standards: IFS version 8, RSPO, RFA, ECOVADIS, VEGAN.
